Overview

We invite you to try a sample lesson before you commit to the purchase of the full course. We believe that will give you a reasonable opportunity to decide if this course is right for you.

We do not offer refunds if you have signed into the course and started interacting with the course.

In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, we invite you to contact us using the contact form on this page, and we will do our very best to address your concerns.

Refunds

In exceptional cases, and at the sole discretion of the company, you may contact us for a refund within 24 hours of your purchase. Your request will only be considered if you have not started interacting with the course.

If a refund is approved

  1. your payment will be refunded less an administration charge of 20% plus VAT if applicable. This administration charge is necessary to cover the costs of the transactions, payment and refund, which we cannot recover.
  2. your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
